Who is eligible for RUMAWIP?

RUMAWIP is a housing initiative aimed at delivering affordable homes across Malaysia's Federal Territories. Eligibility is determined based on specific priority conditions, which include:

• 21 years old and above.

• Born, work, or live in any of the Federal Territories.

• Priority given to those who do not currently already own property.

To ensure the focus remains on affordable housing for lower and middle-income individuals, RUMAWIP has established clear income restrictions:

• Individual income no more than RM10,000 per month.

• Married couples’ income no more than RM15,000 per month.

• Only one offer of RUMAWIP per household.
